WIND, WAVES & WOW! JULY 2, 3 & 4
Come on up to Bayfield for the best 4th of July ever! We’ve lined up a series of events that
you won’t want to miss; paddling, sailing, entertainment, & fireworks create a veritable
mandala of Adventure, Artistry and Awe!
ADVENTURE: July 2 & 3

spectacular Sea Caves – Day Trip
July 3 SAILING with Dreamcatcher Sailing
through the Islands – Day Trip
ARTISTRY: July 3
BIG TOP CHAUTAUQUA is noted as ‘the Carnegie Hall of Tent Shows’
and brings renowned artists to Bayfield each summer. Their House
Shows are fantastic and ‘Riding The Wind’ is a Living Adventure
favorite. Full of music, slides, song & performance, this vivacious
presentation encompasses a full circle story of the Apostle Islands and
is the perfect compliment to your days of paddling and sailing. Living
Adventure is sponsoring the show on July 3, so we’re incorporating
this event into Wind, Waves & Wow! Show time: 7:30 pm
AWE: July 4
FIREWORKS from a replica VOYAGEUR CANOE!
Join intrepid guide Grant Herman, who in period costume weaves
the story of the French Canadian Voyageurs through song and story
as you paddle the 2 miles of shoreline to the Bayfield marina where
you’ll enjoy the fireworks from the big canoe. Bonus: Madeline Island
and Ashland fireworks can be seen too! On board dessert provided!
Canoe ships off from Living Adventure at 7:00 pm.
Complete package price: $275 per person
- Individuals, Groups and Families are welcome.
